You will be receiving (or should have received) an email from a website called “Ballotbin” that we are using to tally the votes about exceptional merit. Please look for this email and respond (and check your spam folder if you don’t find it in your inbox). You are being asked to vote on a bundled set of four proposals with a single yes/no answer. The four proposals can not be split, and must be considered as single unit. The proposals are attached (combined in one document) and include: 1. Tentative Agreement Regarding a Program to Reward Exceptional Merit 2. Tentative Agreement Regarding Changes in the Anomaly Process MOU 3. Tentative Agreement Regarding Changes in Article 26.8A 4. Tentative Agreement Regarding Minimum Salaries for Lecturers Please, read the specific language carefully, talk with your colleagues, and vote before noon on Friday, May 20, 2011. Thank you.
