CURRENT AGREEMENT

We ratified our current 2007-2008 (one-year) agreement on Thursday September 6, 2007 and the legislature funded it during informal session on December 28, 2007. We will provide full details about the implementation of the salary provisions as soon as possible. Here is a summary of the gains we were able to accomplish in this one-year agreement.

NEGOTIATIONS FOR A SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT

We have begun bargaining for a successor (2008-2011) agreement and had our first meeting with the administration on Friday, January 25, 2008. Here are the MSP/FSU bargaining proposals which we presented at that meeting and here are the administration's proposals which we received on February 1, 2008.
