MSP Contract
NEWLY RATIFIED 2012-2014 CONTRACT MSP and FSU (our sister chapter on the Boston campus) ratified a successor 2-year agreement on March 2, 2012 which calls for on-base salary increases of 1.75% each (effective the first pay periods in July 2012, January 2013, July 2013 and January 2014). The Governor did include a collective bargaining reserve in his budget that will pay our raises but that funding must still make its way through the rest of the legislative funding process. The signed MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING is also now available for those that wish to see actual language associated with the new provisions. Once the new 2012-2014 contract has been printed, we will post it here. Until then, the current agreement (2009-2012) can be found below. ** Note concerning the 2009-2012 MSP Agreement: one raise remains in this current contract. It is a 3.5% salary increase (2.25% ATB/1.25% MERIT) effective June 30, 2012. SPECIFIC PROGRAMS/CONTRACT PROVISIONS OF INTEREST
*Note: Due to timing issues at OIT (office responsible for configuring the computers), the application period for the FY12 computer replacement fund will occur in winter (January or February) 2012 rather than in the summer of 2011. Computers will be ready for pickup by the end of April 2012.
