1.         Board Minutes

Minutes of April 6 adopted unanimously.

2.         Dental Insurance

            The Board began to review a report from health & Welfare Trustee Melissa Woodard which asks for member preferences about possible benefit improvements.  The Board decided to table the discussion and invite Melissa to the next Board meeting.

3.         Revenue Bill Hearing

            There are buses from campus to the hearing on the bill to progressively raise revenues May 5.  Members are encouraged to come.

4.         Agency Fee Delinquents

            The Board reviewed a list of people who have not yet fulfilled their obligation to pay the agency fee.  Board members were asked to talk to the people on the list they know.

5.         General Assembly

            The main discussions April 21 will be about Extraordinary Merit and a report from the Contract Committee.

6.         Extraordinary Merit

            The Board reviewed the progress of discussions with the administration, discussed concerns, and made suggestions about ways to get the administration to move from some of their positions.
