Our friends at PHENOM have launched an important campaign for dramatically increased funding for public higher education, and MSP suggests a few very easy ways you can support it.   

1.  Sign the statement of support at www.phenomonline.org   By doing so, you are asking your legislators to support a goal of increasing state support for public higher education and decreasing student costs so both reach the national average. 

2.  Have a student address your classes for 5 minutes to explain the campaign, get signatures, and urge attendance at PHENOM’s March 8 Rally for Public Higher Education.  RSVP to sam.dreyfus@gmail.com and please include time, location, and size of each class, along with preferred dates between February 22 and March 5.

3.  Help publicize the March 8 rally and reception for the new Public Higher Education Caucus in the legislature.  A flier is attached.

4.  To support the campaign financially, please go to www.phenomonline.org and click on “Donate”.
